I was going to give a 5 start review for how I am normally treated by Monica and the PTAs. However, Efran has completely changed my opinion about this location. He yelled at me from across the room. Monica really listened to me, but when I told Efran it is unacceptable to tell at a patient, he deflected, minimized, and did not accept accountability. The staff and therapists are all great, super friendly, and encouraging -- they always ask how I'm doing, even if they're not working with me that day. If there are exercises that prove to be a little too tough, they are always quick to help find a way to modify what I'm doing safely and/or find something new.
Monica and all the staff were amazing. They are friendly, courteous and genuinely care about the people going for treatment.
Amazing staff and facility. Would recommend for physical therapy.
