Very professional, friendly and always up front about sessions and recovery. The staff is very bubbly and always smiling!
The team at BTS mccombs is great, always friendly from the girls in front to all the PTs. I was there twice a week for just about 5 months from my shoulder surgery. I had one PT Dania , and of course they were all great PTs. She was not always taking care of me but when she did she showed how to treat your patient with extreme care and compassion. I was going to give a 5 start review for how I am normally treated by Monica and the PTAs. However, Efran has completely changed my opinion about this location. He yelled at me from across the room. Monica really listened to me, but when I told Efran it is unacceptable to tell at a patient, he deflected, minimized, and did not accept accountability.
