Great experience at the John Hayes location. All the therapists are knowledgeable and attentive. Shout out to Randy, Enoch, Juan, Liz and Yoshi, you guys rock! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication.
The Joe Battle location is elite. On one of the worst pain (Therapist Randy went above and beyond with manual stretching). Enoch and Juan are also a group of fantastic Therapists! Intake: was very professional and detailed (Thank you Rachael) Thank you, Team!
Randy, what can I say? Well first of all this man is pretty awesome. It's almost worth going to my appointments just to be encouraged by this man. I love how caring and supporting all of the staff are at this location, easily five stars, but Randy makes this place deserve like ten more stars. Sadly, Google doesn't give me the option to go that high. Keep being awesome team!!!
I was 2 and 1/2 weeks post op from a total knee replacement. Had a great evaluation on the first day so I was excited and anxious to my range of motion improved. This place has a whole new crew from when I went a few years ago…that crew was awesome ! My first PT day the therapist at the end of my session did a heel slide and I felt a pop on the outside of my knee and almost passed out from the pain. Had a great experience here. Staff was amazing and they had great equipment and was always clean. Yoshi and Liz were always great and always made the workout a lot better. Would definitely recommend this place for therapy !
