Vivan (I pray I’m spelling her name right) is great. She’s a tech at border therapy. She is kind and takes to time to walk you through each exercise. She constantly asks about soreness levels and pain levels and ensures that you’re doing alright. Noor is a therapist. She was rude and inconsiderate. Best I've been to in El Paso! They love what they do, and they care about you. They watch closely, making tiny adjustments to your form that make for huge rewards and constantly teach them what you need individually. They are the best at knowing when to tell you to keep pushing, or to adjust the exercise, or find another way that better fits you. It really makes a difference!
