First day of therapy with Manny at BTS was a good experience. He was informative as he guide me thru workout. I felt comfortable knowing he was watching me in case I had a muscle spasm. The BTS personnel are caring and efficient in helping us customers with checking in, schedules, and payments. Border Therapy Services I will recommend to my family and friends. Great people! Very patient. Would highly recommend this place to anybody needing any type of physical therapy. They have tremendously helped improve the quality of my life since I had my knee surgery! Thank you Border Therapy staff at Hondo Pass!

When you experience multiple physical therapy clinics you realize this place is mediocre. They are friendly and do work to help basic functionality, but it’s very routine. The therapist switch up constantly , so it’s not like you build a relationship with them. They have random side bar conversations as you workout, and it makes you feel like you’re following a plan rather than one on one.
