We are very happy with the doctor and nurse practicioners at EP Family Doctor. Most of the time they are punctional and appointments are through and not rushed.

I agree with the comments that it's a huge challenge to get anyone to answer the phone I don't recall it ever being like that when I first went there last maybe December however be that as it may once I do answer the phone when you ask someone a question they don't know the answer and they won't transfer you to a department and you can't call the clinic that you need to get information so it's a mess drs are great tho

I needed to speak to someone in regards to a bill I received, but apparently, they don't like to answer their phones, was on hold for 30 minutes. There time of operation says 8 am till 5 pm. It's not even closing time for them to ignore the phone. By the way, I was on hold from 3 pm to 3: 30 pm

Receptionist who worked was great and so was the mri tech I actually liked the late night scheduling for evening hours .

I don’t know what’s going on at this place but twice in two days I have called in a prescription for my father in law, and both times I have had to call again cause it’s not getting done, this stuff is important I don’t understand how no one is in charge of following up this place needs to get organized.
