I was really disappointed the way Mr. Hurtado at the front desk spoke to me when I went back to return an item he sold me that was not the correct size. I had to swallow my anger but that OLD HAG has a really bad attitude. I don't know if he is the owner but if he is, he sucks at how to deal with customers. I wish I have the opportunity to cancel the account but it is under my parent's name.
