Perhaps, y'all didn't have to act as if y'all were glad that the mass murderer chose El Paso to inflict his carnage, ya know, so that you could share some laughter with Trump. Perhaps, one of your employees/staff could have politely said "with all due respect, Mr. President, we are here to discuss the patients and their care, not to share some laughs". Such poor judgement on not just the president, but a very bad reflection on YOU.
You ask "How can we improve?" Try not being political. Possibly not giving a thumbs up while standing next to the man whose rhetoric directly caused victims to be there. By giving the situation the proper respect and not all standing around, instead of caring for patients, while you all grin and have fun! A very disappointing set of photos to be used in campaign ads. The nursing staff in those photos deserve to be written up.

they have no clue on what they are doing wife had a toe removed and been in there for about a week now and now they want to remove more toes but unsure if its infection or bad blood circulation dr seems to be rude and some staff is awsome while the drs r bad cant get an answer for anything they just keep saying test will be back soon thats been days now
