All of the staff at border pain institute is of the utmost professionalism. Customer services, bar none, are the best I've had.
3 hour wait!!! Took my mother in 20 minutes early to her appointment and they held us in the waiting room for 3 hours. Never once did they come to the room to inform us of delays or to check up on us. We had to keep asking what the issue was and all we got was "doctor is with another patient, it won't be long". Only reason we stayed was because my mother needed to start her treatment today. Made her miss a physical therapy evaluation she had at noon.

They’re the most considerate, knowledgeable professionals in their field, treated my pain so effectively, in my first visit I wasn’t even able to walk, now I’m even exercising, I strongly recomend this group of professionals to everyone!
