These guys work really well. Very nice people. The guy with the cowboy hat is a legend, nothing less, and you can always count on him when there's an issue, he's extremely helpful and nice. They're gonna like you when you come prepared and have everything ready at the check-in window so if you are coming from Canada, make sure you have all your paperwork in hand including your ACE. Mr. Heavy is great guy, talks with respect and takes you through the whole process even as first timer at the place whereas the guy in night shift is complete opposite, super rude, leaves people outside the check in trailer (its -5 C) waiting while being gone for around an hour.
Hit or miss service at this location. At times you are done in minutes and sometimes same type of load they take hours to inspect.
