Applied for a vacant apartment, met all the requirements but after 3 weeks of calling for an update, I gave up waiting. Always told the owner of the property was busy. Easy money for the application fees I suppose.

We’ve been here less than a week and love it. While moving in I ran into 3 or 4 different couples who all said to me “you’re going to love it here” and so far they are right. The apartment is: spacious, rent is reasonable, people are friendly, and management is friendly. We immediately felt at home and that’s a rarity when renting. UPDATE: 2021 and we are moving to our first house at the end of the month. Our 2 1/2 years living here was the best experience we could've asked for.
