I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Border Air. I originally purchased my AC unit from them and was told the unit was only a “couple of years old.” I understood that to mean around 2 years old. I also thought it was unusual that I was asked to pay cash because they did not accept card payments, but I agreed. Unfortunately, I have continued having issues with the unit, so I recently had a different AC company come out to inspect it.
