RecommendedWildly happy with this company. I've had terminix for a year and they seemed alright, but when I found wasps in my attic (which I am deathly allergic to) I couldn't get them on the phone for two days. Desperate and worried for my safety, I called Borden and they sent someone out literally the next morning. He killed the nest and I finally can breathe again. I plan to use them for my pest control services moving forward. They're very kind and very attentive.
Disappointed by the customer service. Tried to sign up for new services but was expected to pay “past due fees” on services from the previous homeowners contract before we could use the services. We have never had an account with this company and was unaware that they were still servicing the property.
Be more helpful with customers. Don't try to charge for another month with only 11 days past. Write and document in the customers files. Take some memory pills. Train employees AKA Debra.
I moved from Augusta last year. Twice I had to call and ask why they are still deducting funds from my bank acct. They apologized and issued me a refund. After the second time I asked that they remove my bank information from their records. They stated they did. They just charged it again for another $90 this month. As a current customer I’m super happy with the service I get! I highly recommend them.
$100 for a few glue traps you can buy online for less than $0.50 each that don’t even work. You’re better off taking yourself to Walmart (it’ll be cheaper, and probably more effective).
Lady by the name of Pam is super RUDE and not willing to help customers. I will NEVER use Borden Pest Control again and will NEVER recommend to anyone!
