Service man was very polite. And very accommodating, he explained things thoroughly.
Just watched one of their employees throw trash out the truck window and onto the ground. Maybe their slogan should be "It's Borden... And it's litterbugs"
Came out to check why there was water in a craw space before closing on a house. Told me that they had no idea where the water could have come from and mentioned it could have possibly been from a spill made inside the house. I guess they didn’t notice the leaking AC unit right next to it. Either incompetent or intentionally deceitful.
