I’ve tried reaching out on three different occasions and haven’t heard back. I’m really interested in this apartment, but it’s been difficult to get any communication. Hoping this review helps me get in touch with someone.
Nice place. Is a converted dairy processing facility made into apartments.
I would give 0 stars if I could. 1. The place is covered in black mold. 2. They doubled charged us in rent the last month and refused to pay us back until we told them we were taking them to small claims court. 3. The AC went out for a week and somehow our utility bill that month went from 100$ to 300$. 4. Management sucks so bad. They don’t know what they are doing or act like they are helpless. 5.
