Dr. Borden repaired my right shoulder rotator cuff several years ago with excellent results. I am now seeing him regarding my left shoulder.
I am extremely satisfied by the care provided by Dr Borden! I tore a knee ligament playing soccer in 2012 that didn't heel right and had been getting progressively worse to a point of interfering with not only sports but even everyday activities. Dr Borden is knowledgeable and provides useful information.
Dr. Borden is very thorough and answered all our questions before and the day of and right after our surgery. He is also very responsive when we had follow up questions throughout our recovery. I highly recommend him.
I went to Dr. Borden with left shoulder tendonitis, bursitis and a slight tear hoping to get a cortizone shot for the pain. Instead the doctor told me that being over 50 I should be happy when I wake up each morning with pain because it indicates that I'm still alive. I directly inquired about a cortizone shot. I was told that if I was older (I am a few months shy of 60 years old) or less active he'd offer that option to me. He then asked for me the time as he needed to rush off to a meeting.
Dr. Borden did an excellent job repairing my broken shoulder, which required a plate and 8 pins. He fully explained the procedure and answered my many many questions in a reassuring way. His follow up care was also excellent as he was thorough and took the time to make me feel comfortable with my steps to recovery.
Office staff was very good at keeping us updated on dr running behind. While I brought my mri I’m not sure he even looked at it. I have a torn meniscus and hypertension, he said he didn’t know what was wrong, had an x-ray which showed my obvious arthritis. I’m now scheduling for a second opinion. I drove an hour and a half time and money only to get zero answers.
I never felt rushed with Dr. Borden answered all my questions. I give him a 5 star rating.
I had a great experience with Dr. Borden , friendly knowledgeable and concerned about his patients. I would highly recommend him to my family an friend
