RecommendedBeen living here for a year now, so far I like it. I renewed my lease for a second year. I believed I moved in when they hired a new manager “Morgan” and she’s been very helpful and nice. The other staff have been very helpful as well especially the maintenance guy, he gets things done fast. It’s not really a gate community but you can see that they are working on the gated fences. Management is a fucking joke and don't get me started on the maintenance. I didn't have electricity for a month in one of my rooms and the toilet and shower constantly backs up. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to ANYONE.
