Irvine Company is excellent, and the community environment and housing maintenance team are both outstanding. Any issues related to the housing will be promptly addressed and resolved. The living experience is excellent.
I don’t think I would refer this apartment complex mainly because I’ve only been living here for about four months and it seems like they’ve been in our apartment to inspect the water heater, the fire suppression, the garage, the attic, the baseboards literally everything so they’ve been in our apartment about six times in the last 4 to 5 months and it just seems ridiculous to me and now they’re harassing us to pay for parking. I am leaving this review in particular regards to one of the employees in the leasing office named Johnny Mojica that was so incredibly helpful and accommodating during my renovation from severe water damage in my home. He made sure all the necessary steps were taken to have my home back in order as soon as possible and made sure the proper concessions were applied for the time I was out of a normal living experience in my apartment. Most of employees in the office are very friendly as well. Johnny is responsible manager. He organized all repairs and kept an eye on all garage leaking details…He is the best employee in Irvine company . The lady works at Bluffs - Claudia is super nice and kind to do her customer service role. Marco is super fixer…..
