The worst customer service attitude. Don’t move here unless your single and have one car. You can’t park two cars in the garage and go in and out. They don’t fit. Your guest will not find parking.
Irvine Company & their properties have had a well deserved bad rap! However that sentiment is starting to change! Our lease is coming up an it was not hard to figure out it’s time to get out!! We are in our second year living at the Bordeaux Apartments and love it here. Actually we lived here in a different unit many years earlier. The staff has been responsive to any repair requests and we've enjoyed our neighbors. We recommend this community.
Recently moved to Bordeaux and have to say it was a good call. What a cute private luxury community with excellent service. The staff is friendly and very responsive. Also close to shopping and Fashion Island. Highly recommend it!
