Petra always goes above and beyond to provide the best service here at Bordeaux! I’m so grateful that she is so responsive and helpful!
Jazmin went above and beyond to help us sort out our parking arrangements and take care of several other items that needed to be cleared up for the apartment. She was extremely supportive throughout the process and handled everything with care and efficiency. Jazmin is courteous, helpful, and professional in every interaction. We had such a pleasant experience working with her that we truly feel she’s an example of great service.
Petra is awesome! We love her! She is always a delightful person and very prompt. Marco is the same way! Bordeaux is lucky to have such dedicated workers!

She’s also helped when our AC has gone out & our maintenance request was taking a long time to be processed. I can’t say enough good things about how hard working & diligent Petra is & how she goes ... read more
