Irvine Company is excellent, and the community environment and housing maintenance team are both outstanding. Any issues related to the housing will be promptly addressed and resolved. The living experience is excellent.
I don’t think I would refer this apartment complex mainly because I’ve only been living here for about four months and it seems like they’ve been in our apartment to inspect the water heater, the fire suppression, the garage, the attic, the baseboards literally everything so they’ve been in our apartment about six times in the last 4 to 5 months and it just seems ridiculous to me and now they’re harassing us to pay for parking.
