Our apartment was just saved by the staff. The stove was left on and the apartment filled with smoke. Since we were not home, our dog was left in a smoke filled room. The maintenance team noticed the smoke and alarms, acted quickly, and got the dog out as well as the stove turned off. It was a mistake that could have cost us so much and we will forever be grateful. I believe her name was Erma, but regardless of her name- shes a life saver!
The Bordeaux maintiance team is fantastic!! Marcos and Petra are extremely skilled and always get the job done quickly and efficiently. In addition to their great work ethic they have wonderful customer service skills. They are always professional and kind and communicate well answering all questions re ther work. Lastly, they always respond quickly to work orders. Thank you!!
Matt has been fantastic for us. Great customer service. Love living at Bordeaux!
The worst customer service attitude. Don’t move here unless your single and have one car. You can’t park two cars in the garage and go in and out. They don’t fit. Your guest will not find parking.
