After hiring Borchert's to build a deck. It took a while to get them out. They poured the footers in the wrong place to start and left the concrete in the ground so we couldnt plant around the deck. They completed the work but left gouges and scratches in the artificial deck surface. It looks weeks to get them to come out and try to remedy the problem. North royalton construction company Borcherts Built an addition on my parents house, in 2007. The seal on the window (center) leaked and they replaced it twice . The seal on the Door went bad, replaced in 2008. Leaking from gutter/roof, destroyed drywall, and ceiling where the addition meets the original construction. Came and repaired the cosmetic damage on the inside 2 years in a row. Then the third year they put a heater to help with drainage over the winter. A year later It's still leaking.
