Preface: My interaction was brief at Borcherding Collision (9/11/20. 9:15am).I hate to have to leave a negative review based on one extremely unprofessional manager but it's all I have to go on. This is the step by step interaction I had with the staff. I dropped my BMW off at Borcherding Collision center Thursday night (9/10/20) for an estimate Friday morning. The insurance company referred me to these people. The worst experience ever. The van was rear ended heavily on the passenger side. The body work is fine but after them having it three weeks there’s a parasitic drain in the battery that wasn’t there when we dropped it off. Their guy at first (after week 2) told us the battery was 1) old and 2 ) it was cold out. We authorized a new battery. New story now? Yup. Now there’s a drain on the battery.
