Karsten Dorward was phenomenal in communicating to me about my car issue being fixed.
I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership. We brought in our 2024 Buick Envista for AC issues, this is the second time the car has been in the shop for the same problem within the first year of ownership. It has now been sitting in their service department for over a week with no resolution. When we called for updates, the staff (Carson) was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at us. When called on 9/24 to schedule an oil change you were scheduling a week out. For a warranty issue I have is scheduled for 11/18. 6 to 7 weeks out. Both totally not acceptable. When my oil change was finished I had to return due to my tires not properly inflated. I wonder what else the technician missed.
