Great place to get your car fixed!
Quick and easy. Although it was only an oil change the folks there kept us informed throughout the process. The dealership service reception has a bit of an "old school" feel to it which is nice. Somehow I almost always end up with Case as my Service Advisor and he knows his stuff.
I wanted to start by saying I don’t leave many reviews. I have bought many vehicles from many dealers over the years. The staff at this dealership is second to none. No pressure, and the first time in years I have been to a dealer and didn’t have any pressure and they actually worked for me. Unsure of exactly what is happening at the dealership, but this was the strangest and most disappointing car buying experience I have ever encountered. There seems to have recently been a significant change in employees. The salespeople I dealt with were very slow, lacked knowledge and compassion, did not listen to what I said, and overall communicated extremely poorly. We brought the parents in to replace their car and we worked with Damien Fields. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Answered all our questions and worked with us to get a great car at a great price. We all felt like the deal was fair for everyone. Highly recommended dealership and sales person. We recommend asking for Damien when you go in. He is worth waiting for as well.
