Big shout out to Damien Fields for helping me get into a 2022 Chevy Colorado! Very patient non pressure sales & was an overall nice, informative, down to earth, honest guy to work with. If I could chose negative stars I would, we scheduled service on our new GMC Yukon which has a problem with the air suspension, this is the second time for the problem in a short amount of time (2 days). The first dealer did not fix the problem, so we decided to bring it to Borcherding who has better reviews. This is my wife's car and she's a busy person and doesn't have time to wait for 4-5 hours or more while the service people diagnose this issue the first dealer couldn't fix. Bought a used car and the process went OK despite taking all day. The back seat had a gigantic rip in the fabric that I was told before buying the car would be repaired at no cost to me and could be taken care of the next week. You can see the aluminum, it’s like someone dragged a heavy stroller across it. Trying to schedule the repair, I emailed and called my sales rep, called the service department, tried to speak to the general manager and have not gotten one response.
