We have been reporting issues with tenants parking illegally in the alleyway and directly in the fire lane of the building. One particular tenant, who is frequently smoking weed and cigarettes inside his unit at all hours of the day, has claimed the space IN THE **** LANE OF THE BUILDING as "his parking space." I would give them 0 if I could. I will try to be polite but this is the most disgusting, flat out unethical business I have EVER crossed paths with. I mistakenly signed a lease without looking first at the unit. "I think this is their tactic, telling you people rent sight unseen to get you to hold the unit" I moved into ******************* in ********* ** on 12/22/2023. Filed Complaints (4 or more) against a tenant in building with known mental illness (Schizophrenia, BiPolar Disorder, etc) to no avail much was resolved. Appears as though tenants concerns arent being met which has now transpired into a legal matter. The assigned property manager for said location continuously gave the run around providing the substantial information necessary for legal rectification and restraining order procedure.
