Both Marie AND Brittany have the worst customer service and probably the worst comprehension skill for the job requirements. So not use this company as their products are low quality. Their customer service does little to nothing about it and is full of excuses and poor attitude. I get people have bad days, but taking it out on the already upset customer is how to destroy a business! Avoid this place!
Marie Bellwoar is hands down the worst ive dealt with via customer service. Refuses to do anything about a damaged/defective table that I had ordered thru target website from their company. I was unable to return the product to target and was informed to contact the company over the tables damage. They refuse to do anything about it due to it being out of stock/discontinued. Customer service person was nice but refused warranty service because the furniture was purchased (new in box) from a reseller on eBay. Shipping costs made the $3 chair spindle too expensive. I just returned the chairs and will never buy this brand again.
The Augusta swivel bar/counter height stool bearing housing failed with this model within four months of use by an adult. I have made SEVERAL attempts to have anyone in any department to discuss this with me, but to no avail. A message to anyone, including retailers: do not engage Boraam Industries products.
