Customer service person was nice but refused warranty service because the furniture was purchased (new in box) from a reseller on eBay. Shipping costs made the $3 chair spindle too expensive. I just returned the chairs and will never buy this brand again.
The Augusta swivel bar/counter height stool bearing housing failed with this model within four months of use by an adult. I have made SEVERAL attempts to have anyone in any department to discuss this with me, but to no avail. A message to anyone, including retailers: do not engage Boraam Industries products.
Worst customer service dept. Beyond useless.
This company make furniture with cares and mission that the company make good quality of product so that customer have a nice and quality of service and products. The furniture from this company is really trendy and reliable.
Great customer service! Supper friendly and great furniture.
