I have nothing but good things to say about Cascade German Their prices are good, they ship fast, and their customer service is always responsive and helpful Oh, and the parts that come with the candy are cool too!
I’ve been ordering from them for over 10 years and way before the name change. However, customer support doesn’t exist anymore. They don’t do phone calls and don’t respond to emails about issues. It’s unfortunate but I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a businessman myself, this will be the beginning of the end for companies like this. And please don’t give a generic response to this post. I personally don’t give excuses and don’t listen to them either.
Emails were a little slow, no updates before the package arrived, or that it had arrived. Otherwise Great
These folks are fantastic and knowledgeable. I need a part the next day for a repair and they made sure it was sent on time. Ordered at 10 am and it was in the mail overnight by 330 pm. Can’t thank them enough. Owner called as well to check in and truly appreciate their thoughtfulness. Would highly recommend going here for any German part needs.
I love dealing with these guys. Always super helpful and orders arrive on time. Will continue to do business with them.
