I had a very upsetting experience with this periodontist. After my procedure, I developed a serious infection that landed me in the ER and required antibiotics. At no point did I feel properly informed about the risks or given clear instructions on how to prevent complications. When I reached out for help, I didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously or handled with the urgency the situation required.
