Everyone there was so nice . And Dr. Knox was so nice! You could tell everyone knew what they were doing. I haven’t had my cataract surgery yet. But I’m not worried at all!
It ran like a well-oiled machine: the receptionist was kind and helpful, my nurse who ran the preliminary tests was friendly yet professional, next I travelled to a different room for more testing, I was met by another smiling staff member who was gentle and kind, then I got to meet the surgeon who went through my tests and his recommendations, then a lovely lady led me to her office where she went through surgical and payment options, and lastly, the check out process was fast and flawless! Staff was very personable throughout each test. I was able to go through the appointment in an acceptable time frame. Dr Knox was very professional and explained my condition very clearly and further treatment to help my issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We loved Dr. Hickman. He’s explained everything to us that we didn’t understand. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and that helped us that day. Thank you for picking him to be our doctor! We are most certainly blessed!!!
very clean and in an orderly fashion. clerks to the nurses and the doctor were FANTASTIC!!!! you really felt the genuine care for you. everyone working was 😁 smiling you could feel a very friendly atmosphere. I will recommend this eye clinic to all who want to see better!!!!!!!
