Caleb was very pleasant. He put me at ease. Very professional and he was very clear in explaining the testing we did this morning. Dr. Bell was great too. Pleasant, professional, very clear in explaining the surgery and my choices. Fatima was very helpful. I’m ready!!
I used Dr. Waggoner for cataract surgery, and I assumed I would see him post op. I had several follow-up visits, but I only saw him one time. This is shocking considering the amount of money spent on the procedure. There are other issues that need to be addressed: 1. The amount quoted for the procedure was $2,000 per eye, but I ended up paying WELL over $5,000! When I asked the scheduler about the discrepancy, she became impatient and quasi-rude. I had a upper blepharoplasty two weeks ago. I highly recommend Dr.Sines... very thorough pre and post op. Painless with minimal swelling and bruising. Couldn't be more satisfied with results. Wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone. Thank you!!
It ran like a well-oiled machine: the receptionist was kind and helpful, my nurse who ran the preliminary tests was friendly yet professional, next I travelled to a different room for more testing, I was met by another smiling staff member who was gentle and kind, then I got to meet the surgeon who went through my tests and his recommendations, then a lovely lady led me to her office where she went through surgical and payment options, and lastly, the check out process was fast and flawless! Dr. Bell and his team are amazing ! They work together very well. They care about the customer and in my emergency eye evaluation, they got me right on back ! Great advice. Great caring doc. Thank you .
