I have been going to BoozmanHof for about 9 years for eyeglasses and contacts. They have been decent, until now. I went to pick up a pair of eyeglasses today and wanted to go outside to see how well the transitions lenses worked. I put them on and could immediately tell something was off. I wore them back inside and was looking around the room trying to read some things they had sitting around in optical, and my eyes started to get really strained and I felt like I was starting to get a headache. I've been a patient at Boozman Hoff for years. December 14,2020 my son had an appointment their.you are required to wear a mask he went in with a black mask with a white fist on it. The woman at the door asked him to remove his mask and she gave him a paper mask.He asked her why "she told him because they require everyone to wear the paper mask" he looked around he saw no-one with a paper mask on everyone was wearing there own mask.This sounds very racist to me I'm not happy at all. I was there today, 2nd March 2020... the lady at the desk was very nice, the nurse who called me in was cordial and kind... and then I met Dr Sines who shook my hand and then proceeded to use medical terminology as though I was a Dr...... a number of times I had to ask him him what the words meant. I seriously did not appreciate his manner, he gave me a bunch of papers when I left, including the prescription and never explained what I was to do with it until I asked him... Appointment times are more a suggestion. Here for mother’s eye surgery and her appointment was 12:30. Due to a tornado warning they lost about 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later they’re finally operating on her. If I had other options for her eye care we wouldn’t come here again.

Arrived 15 minutes for 1:30 pre op appointment. Forty minutes later was seen by a nurse who transcribed my written information into a computer while I just sat there confirming my previously given information. Back to the waiting room for another hour. Saw the doctor about five minutes for a cursory look. Third time to the waiting room, until 4:30 when I finally blew my top and insisted on speaking with the office manager. "We're just terribly busy and short handed today. My son usually sees Dr. Brodie, but he was out. Saw Dr. Myers. He was very friendly!! Recommend both Dr. Brodie & Dr. Myers!

Worst customer service ever. I was bullied by Dr Brody and his staff. They wanted me to pay 90$ more for a vision appointment that my insurance pays 100% for. Then they required me to get information from Walmart (last place I was seen) for measurements of circumference and diameter. Because he didn't want to do the measurements himself. I was made to wait because I wouldn't sign a paper saying I would pay the additional amount.
