Just had my breaks done and I hardly recognized my own car, drives like new! I was even given a ride to and from work while my car was being repaired, so I didn't even have to miss a day of work! I knew the owner (Kris) when she was working in San Antonio at another shop. I took my vehicle to that shop because of her. Now, I make the drive to Austin to have her and her crew service and maintain my vehicle. She is top-shelf, her new shop is great, clean, modern. Her Techs are fast, friendly and have the know-how to make things right. Kris won't steer you wrong with recommendations that are not needed!
Place is worst repair shop I have ever been associated with. Left shop after seeing how things were trying to be sold that customers didn't truly need. Also left with out being paid nor have I ever received my last check. I suggest you have a another shop look at your vehicle before you approve any repairs. If kris will lie and cheat employees think how the customer is treated....... Stay away just a bit of good advice
I would highly recommend Boozman Automotive. We had an issue with a car and took it to another shop. We were told the repair would be $750. I took it to Kris at Boozman and saved $575. It needed a sensor replaced, not a sensor and a hub. Trust Kris. Boozeman does business right!
