Terrible service. Ordered boots and paid upfront, once order was lodged I was told boots were in stock. Multiple calls and 6 weeks later, I kept getting same story that the boots were on back order and they didn’t know when they would be in. Was also promised they would call me back but that didn’t happen. Have cancelled order, let’s hope they give me money back.

Just received my pair of custom order RM boots. Gareth and the team could not have been more helpful. There is nowhere else I'd go for my boots and would recommend them to all. Fantastic service, competitive pricing for the beautiful boots.
