Had my ac go out and wasn't sure who to call. Asked a friend and she recommended Boothe & Wright because of her past experience with them. I called and got Mr. Boothe on the phone about 7:15am and he said he would be there by 8:30am to take a look. I was very impressed that not only was he on time but actually 30mins early. Unprofessional and untrustworthy! A Boothe & Weight representstive refused to honor the 10 yr warranty on a 4 yr old A/C unit they installed in my home several years ago. Although they tested and discovered that the coil was leaking freon perfusely while still under warranty; their brash and punkish service technician repeatedly tried to convince me that somehow the freon line may have been damaged possibly by a roofing job I had 10yrs ago; which was a deliberate attempt to avoid from honoring their own repair agreement, as ... read more
