This gym has changed my life. I love the people and the product! Big shout out to Ali, Shawn, patty, Kat, caitlyn and all the other coaches 🤝
Women’s locker room needs better A/C and ventilation. It is so hot from the sauna and steam from showers that I am always dripping with sweat while trying to get dressed (even after taking a cold shower). Really uncomfortable when putting on business attire before going straight to work. Ultimately I’m not going in the morning anymore unless I have time to go home to shower there because I can’t stand it.
I love love love this gym, the community, and the workouts- but wanted to highlight a few things that have been frustrating to myself and other members for several weeks now! I really liked the classes here, but the vibe was cliquey! Which is weird because we are all adults and not in high school. I’m a super outgoing person so it’s rare for me to feel excluded but even when I was going 4x a week for several months, I felt like an outsider. Coaches obviously have their friends and favorites but could do a much better job welcoming/including newcomers
Sometimes nightmares plague me and wake me up in the middle of the night, as I realize that there are so many people (not just in the world, but even in this city), who know nothing about this place or have no idea it exists. Usually, I feel sorry for them. Then I fall back asleep. P.s. 9999999 stars to my wonderful coaches, members and TVs that broadcast the World Cup
