I got an estimate for stump removal and set up 2x for them to come out and do the service, depending on weather. There was little to no response from them and they were a no show. After not showing up, all my text messages were erased or removed somehow-guessing I'm blocked. What incredibly poor customer service!

I used this company from a referral! Bad idea!! I had 3 trees cut down, anyone who got trees cut down knows that this cost me a lot of money!! I was very clear to please level my yard! Anthony was the Man on site that runs the crew! After the trees were cut down I waited 2 weeks and realized I have a hill in my yard! I called Anthony back and he said he would have someone come back with a small machine to dig more into the ground!! Never happened! They came to my house with a 2 man crew, that should have been the first red flag. I help the guy in the tree repeatedly havingto get on the helper fornot holding therope as he was cutting parts of the tree. During the process of cutting down a tree, they hit my house with the tree. Their dishonest staff did not make me aware that they had damaged my gutter. They cut the trees and left.
