Never on time, poor communication. Missed several things on initial inspection and added things in which were not relevant. Not knowledgeable on roofs or roofing conditions. Not capable of acknowledging how to to twist main water valve or even washer valves. Too lazy to walk property to see visible sprinkler heads. Mistaken leaks for actual hard water buildup around high water traffic area. Best investment you can make when buying a home. These guys do a great job at inspecting and identifying potential issues. They provide detailed reports and explanation of all potential problems. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to my friends and family.
