Booth Creek Wagyu is one of the biggest gems of South Overland Park. Not only do they offer some of the finest beef I've *ever* tasted, but they are also a genuine community champion. The meat is good, I love wagyu… only I don’t get osso buco all the time there but when they get it there it’s packed strangely- small and big pieces together in one pack- how do I cook and serve that? One piece goes to one person so I need to decide who gets the smaller one, then if I decide to use sous vide I need to cook the pieces separately which is not possible . If you sell 2 pieces in one pack can they be in the same size?! Or simply sell one piece pack so the customer decides what to get, no?! Vacuum packed for sous ... read more
