This place! Aw! They operate with a standard of customer service on a level of quality that is EASILY on par if not higher than that of their beef, and that's SAYING something! Furthermore they put their hearts and souls into all of it! Their beef jerky, my favorite being the teriyaki, is so damn good that After making the mistake of stopping there before lunch, and picking up a 6oz bag, I'd proceeded to polish it off within an hour's time giving myself the meat sweats and derailing any aforementioned plans for lunch. Booth Creek has an amazing selection of various cuts and marbling! Personally I got myself a chuck roast just shy of 4lb, BC40 for only 50$! I’ll definitely be coming back and I can see this becoming a big thing.
Love this place! We were welcomed in with samples that literally melt in your mouth. Levi was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best cuts!
