What a complete waste of time with this Companies representative! Another salesperson that brags about working for over 30 yrs. installing Alumawood patio covers with every company in town but now a salesperson who doesn't even know if there is a flat roof mounting system besides a cheap 12" "L" bracket that they (Booth build). wanted to use to mount a large awning to our roof/house! Booth Built has been an awesome company to work with. They built our pergola over a year ago and we've had no issues. Recently, we decided to reroof our house, and Tom Booth personally came out to take care of the job by detaching the pergola from the roof and supporting it during the reroofing process. As soon as the new roof was completed, they came to put the pergola back in place. They are a class act and very professional. Highly recommend in the Phoenix Valley!

I’m very pleased with their service. My roof was in terrible shape and they did a great job! I totally recommend them. Great attention to detail, writing this review as I finish up, felt I should since they did surprising well!
Update: Tom called and his crew came To fix the problem we had. I appreciate their prompt response and hard work to get this issue taken care of and put to bed! Thank you! My mother has been ignored by Tom & Jason Booth as well as a gentleman named Grayson. We had a bad storm months ago and one of the beams came completely off (screws were not secured) and they keep telling her oh we will come fix it and then go silent!
