We recently rented a Harley Box Rake for a week and when we got it home it was not functional. We called three times about the problem and asked if we could come and get another one. They stated that they did not have another one. We took it back and complained and then they offered another one, after saying they didn't have one. We had already returned the skid steer that is required for use of the piece of equipment. They didn't refund any of the rental except for the deposit. I do not recommend them at all!
Customer service was outstanding! Fast and freindly. Had a small leaking hyd. line and they were there to fix it ASAP and gave me extra time to make up for any of my time lost. Good Job Guy's
