This all women’s gym is truly a place to call home. Everyone is kind, helpful and supportive. Hope creates some of the most unique workouts for group classes and group personal training. She’s a great leader and the kindest person. I love this gym! I’m in the best shape of my life and I know I wouldn’t have/ couldn’t have done it without her.
