The customer service was terrible. The only person that helped was a very sweet lady named Susan, the other employees walked past us multiple times without offering any assistance, even while my son was trying on boots and couldn’t find the missing left one.
Went in to buy some jeans for my husband. We were the only 2 customers in the store & they had at least 4 employees. No one ever asked if we needed any help, two of them walked by while we were rumbling through jeans looking for his size. It was obvious we could use some assistance. He tried to open the door on a dressing room, one employee walked by him & I had to stop her & ask if she could go unlock it. She acted like it really put her out. Came in this evening to purchase boots for my grandson… When we walked in, and no associates Greeted us or even asked if we needed help. We walked around the whole store looking for the kid size boots. And when we were walking closer to the front to check out, all 4 or 5 associates were still talking and the guy who was at the cash register didn’t ask us if we were ready or not because he kept looking back continuing talking, so we just put the boots back and will take our business elsewhere… Do better!!!!
