Went in there to buy boots for my husband for work . Not one worker spoke to us and there was only one person in the store besides us . So disappointed
Boot Barn has a very wide selection of boots. Their prices are generally a little high but not excessively so.
1st time to shop there. Needed clothes for a wedding. Really impressed with everything. Wife and I both left with new outfits.
Poor customer service. Had 2 people at the cash register, one was busy with a customer and the other on his phone.
