On May 7, 2026, my wife and I visited Boot Barn at approximately 4:45 p.m. Upon entering, we observed sales associates engaged in their duties. Notably, neither sales associate extended a greeting nor inquired if we required assistance. After a brief period of observation, a Caucasian male entered the establishment and was promptly greeted by the staff. Consequently, we promptly placed our items down and departed. We prioritize patronizing establishments where we feel valued and appreciated.

Visiting from Texas, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I have visited different locations before and never had any issues. When I walked in, no one greeted me. I wandered around the store and saw five staff members, but not a single one spoke to me or assisted me. Keep in mind, it was just my friend and me in the store; they weren’t busy. I'd say shop with Boot Barn, but at a different store.

The customer service was terrible. The only person that helped was a very sweet lady named Susan, the other employees walked past us multiple times without offering any assistance, even while my son was trying on boots and couldn’t find the missing left one.
