Bad experience with customer service and the person that dispatched me on a return was NASA on May 25, 2024 at approximately 6:00pm. This jerk gave me attitude when I wanted to return my merchandise he said without even looking at the receipt, Nasa stated that I could not return merchandise🤔 and I told Nasa to look at the receipt that it was not even May 26th yet. Went in during the last 10 minutes and Lupita was amazing! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely sweet and did not try to rush me at all. I would definitely return! Thank you Lupita for making my experience at this location amazing!
