I like shopping here and there is great customer service. However I brought in two cowboy hats to get cleaned and reshaped. I like that there is no fee but when I came to pick them up I noticed very noticeable stains that weren’t there before. I am satisfied with the reshaping of the hat but not with the cleaning. There was a lot of dust and debris still on the hat which is not good. I understand it’s free for clean and reshape for the hats but if you can’t get the job done well then don’t offer the services or atleast call ... read more
