Needed to return an item purchased online. The store employee was very courteous and helpful. Great boot selection!
Rachel noticed we were looking around and walked up to us asking if we needed help. We told her what we were looking for and she helped my daughter know what the right size boot should feel like. She even showed her where it may feel tighter and explained that is the right fit. We really enjoyed our first time visit because of her and will absolutely be returning.
