Went in to get my Stetson reshaped, they did it for free and the service was exceptional, Veronica was a great help and did a great job. Always love coming to this store. Amazing hats, boots, and accessories. Also great work section.
Great Shop but extremele bad customer service, the girl that told me to help myself just because I was a foreigner must be fired
Terrible customer service. I went in and it was dead. The boots are unorganized. Was there probably 30 minutes and had zero service, workers were too busy on their phones. Won’t go back
