Have been to this location many times, made several high dollar purchases, and the service just gets worse and worse. My family and I went in yesterday specifically for a new cowboy hat. We were greeted with “hi welcome in” as we entered. Went directly to the wall of hats that is directly across from the cash register where 3 women were standing and talking with each other. Got boots for my lil nephew and he loved it. The store was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and very nice. They didn't have kids clothes just boots and hats.
