Maybe they have new staff since the last reviews, came to this store two days in a row and maybe my customer service expectation is higher than boot barn standard. The staff here does not greet, isn’t very helpful. Had one staff member ask if we needed help after an hour of being in the store and it was not busy. The selection is unreal. Took my daughter there for some boots and had some excellent help from a female employee who's gave us a wealth of information regarding boot type and care.

I went here a few weeks ago and bought a good pair of work boots. They are the brand Ariat and are working out great for me! I came back to check out the fashion. I have been looking for a place in AZ that can connect me to the vibe of this state. The quality of clothing and the excellent customer service at this store gave me a comfortably raw sense of the attitude of Arizona. Go check it out sometime soon!
