“Outstanding Service at Boot Barn” Today, I visited Boot Barn to purchase some apparel and a gift, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. I bought a shirt, a belt, and a pair of pants for myself, and also selected a pair of boots as a birthday present for my wife. We received excellent assistance from the staff. Worst service ever. Incompetent help. Management would not help or even acknowledge me. I’ve spent alot of money here. Never again! Stay away. Prices are up . No good.

Went in for new boots. Had mine for a while, they were all torn up. Asked for suggestions for a good composite toe boot, and so far I'm happy with the new ones. Great prices, friendly service.
