They said any problems within 30 days bring the boots back. So I drove my nephew to get him some new work boots. They started falling apart in a couple weeks of the purchase. They said no problem bring them back and we will exchange them. Wouldn’t exchange them because they didn’t have the boots he wanted in his size. Wouldn’t order a new pair. What a joke! I will never buy thing from them after being lied. I think this what you call fraud.
Came in looking for work boots . Needed ones that would help with plantar fasciitis. Debbie helpful in knowledgeable. She does not just tell you about, but makes sure it the right thing. Thanks!
Went in for jeans and had the worst customer service experience. You could hear the staff in the back having a grand ole time instead of helping their customers. Got locked out of the fitting room and couldn’t find anyone for 30 minutes to get back in. The only helpful person was in the mens department, he deserves a raise!
So many options for boots. They also have a few clothing items that are FR (jackets, sweatshirts). Great staff!!
