Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I never ever leave a review but this time I will! Bought my son boot inserts for Christmas, I got the wrong size. 4 days after Christmas I went in to EXCHANGE , not return. Said I had to exchange for a different size. Told me without the receipt they couldn’t help me. I explained that I didn’t have receipt all I wanted was an exchange. No help at all. Nice store, awful workers when I asked for help the girl with the long blonde hair wearing the black cowboy hat today 12/18/25, acted like I owed her something. Not sure if she has something against Hispanics but she was definitely nice to others in the store but gave me the ugliest look after asking for help. After spending a good amount of money there today I won’t be back!
Got our little boy his 2nd pair of boots from here for Christmas and I'm so excited to see his face. I'm coming back for myself soon, seen a few pair I want in my closet.
