We had a fair experience at Boot Barn. Spent 700+ dollars and was charged for a bag fee, which was ridiculous. Went to other places to shop at Jackson Square and spent much less, but was not charged for a bag fee. Cheyenne and Julian were awesome! They helped us individually to pick out all the merchandise we wanted to get. They were patient and accommodating. Kids needed hats for the Rodeo! Lots of options. They each found one they loved (ages 13 and 18). Service was amazing. Lots of help available. Friendly service!
Complete bs that after spending almost 400 dollars in the store they want to charge for a bag for your items. Sounds like something you hear about in California. Wyoming and every other state that has common sense should ban this.
