My son loves Boot Barn, but my last visit was disappointing. The employees just stood in a group whispering, never offered help, and didn’t even acknowledge me, just stared and kept talking. Definitely not the service I expected.
If your looking for western wear this is the place great service
Very helpful, friendly staff. Not as big as most locations yet still a large selection. Always worth going in just for the smells.
