Not welcoming, came to Austin for a concert stopped to shop and when I went in I asked if they had restrooms.. girl in the front said not public, I explain "I'm also shopping" and just said in the back when she damn well knew I would need a key for it to be open an didn't let me know. Restrooms were dirty and the store as well ..I don't thing they have swept that store in years made you not even want to go in the fittings rooms because of how disgusting the floors were.
Shonta gives horrible service and gives SO MUCH ATTITUDEEEEE for simply doing a return lol
