I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Boot Barn and have typically had great experiences, but this location was disappointing. I came in to make a return and was met with rude customer service from the cashier. I also waited quite a while for a fitting room and had difficulty finding anyone to help, despite there being very few customers in the store.
