Called to ask about some boots for my wife, luckily in stock. Askedif it would be an issue holding them for around 2 hours as that was my drive and the guy said not to rush. Drove just under 2 hours to arrive and find that they were the last pair and were damaged. Boots looked worn and used with adhesive and gum on the leather, cuts in the leather and damaged toes.
