I have been disappointed with my recent experience due to the behavior of the manager Patty. Who I asked an employee for her name and who she was. While employees were actively assisting customers. She was loudly, yelling at them in front of costumers , and created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. What makes this even more concerning is that this is not the first time I’ve encountered this behavior on previous visits.
