After driving down the 405 freeway for 40 minutes (6 miles), I arrived at the Boot Barn to spend $300+ each on two pair of boots. The cashiers up front were all busy. After the long drive I needed to use the restroom. I went straight to the restroom. But it was locked. So i had to walk back to the front of the store to ask if there was a key. This was my very first visit to Boot Barn. I had Amazing customer service from Lizeth from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful in finding me the boots I’ve been looking for all my life! lol :) The cashier Andrea was super friendly as well, with a glowing smile and great customer service skills. There was also another employee whose name I can’t remember but he helped me get out of a boot that was super difficult to get out of! 10 out of 10 experience with the entire staff which only means that whoever the manager is ... read more

Great store, I was looking for my stetson hat. They didn't have the one I was looking for. But, they can direct you how to get it, they also shape your hat at your own style.

Yesterday was my first time visit and I had fun exploring the store. Employees were very friendly and offered help here and there which is great, I really appreciated their willingness to help me out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would . The store is very clean and well organized. I will definitely be returning for a second pair of boots in the near future. I love my new work boots.
