Attempted to go into the store at 7:34 on a Saturday. Both the sign and the website stated open until 8:00. The door was locked. The lady standing there was intentionally standing with her back to the door.
They have a good size collection of work boots as well as cowboy boots. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at Boot Barn in Durango. We originally stopped in to get his hat reshaped, and the young man who helped us did an outstanding job. The next day, I returned because my own hat was fitting a bit too big (we had purchased both hats previously, not from Boot Barn), and a young lady went above and beyond to help me get it adjusted perfectly.
